4WD TV partner with 7Mate
The team behind 4WD TV are excited to announce that two of their TV programs have been picked up for 2017 by the national broadcast giant 7Mate.
With a major restructure and rebranding plan in place, 4WD TV has become the umbrella brand for all of the TV shows produced by Simon Christie, owner of Adventure Set Productions and host of the TV programs. As such, Life Off Road will replace 4WD TV and is the new home for off road racing and 4x4 motor sport including the ARB Australian Off Road Racing Series.
Mr Christie says "the deal with 7Mate will give off road racing incredible exposure across 2017 with all six rounds of the ARB AORRS being covered". Mr Christie continued “we are so proud of what we did with the coverage of the ARB Series last year and this year will be bigger and better”.
4WD TV has been covering 4x4 and off road motor sport for over 14 years now. The change to Life Off Road and the partnership with 7Mate are major steps forward for the production company, the sport and the viewers.
Airing of Life Off Road on 7Mate will kick off Saturday May 20 at 11.30am and will run for 30 consecutive weeks. Whilst dates at this stage are tentative, it is planned that Griffith will go to air late May, Mildura in early June, Sea Lake late July, Waikerie early September, Goondiwindi early October and Millicent mid November.
